- The Florida Senate's bill pages (read Oct 8, 2026) give the last action 'Died' on Mar 13, 2026 for HB 1409 and SB 1368 (under-21 drinks), HB 801 and SB 1678 (DABT drink licence) and SB 1394. The SB 1394 page says a related measure passed as CS/SB 432 (Ch. 2026-148); a search of that act's enrolled text on Oct 9, 2026 found no mention of hemp (the act is on nitrous oxide and xylazine). Fla. Stat. 581.217 and R. 5K-4.034 (read Oct 8, 2026) have no provision keyed to Nov 12 or Dec 11, 2026.
